Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and REELPRINT LTD (“we”, “us”) for your use of ReelPrint at www.reelprint.net. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What ReelPrint does
You give us a link to a publicly posted short-form video. We analyse it — transcript, on-screen text, pacing and structure — and return a written breakdown: why it appears to work, a beat-by-beat timeline, a reusable template and a shot list. On paid plans we can also draft a version of that structure for your own niche.
ReelPrint is an analysis tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Meta Platforms, and it does not give you any rights in the videos you submit.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not promise that using ReelPrint will make your content perform, reach any audience, or grow your account. Nothing on the site is a prediction or a guarantee of any outcome. Analysis is produced by an AI model: it can be incomplete or wrong, and you should treat it as an informed opinion to check rather than a fact. You are responsible for what you publish.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18, and give accurate details when you sign up.
- The account is yours alone. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share access.
- One person, one account. Plans are not for sharing between people or teams.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
4. Plans, credits and billing
Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
- Credits. One credit buys one analysis; on Studio, one niche rewrite also costs one credit. Credits are a licence to use the service — they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold or refunded for cash.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans include a monthly allowance that resets on each renewal. Unused monthly credits do not roll over into the next month.
- Credit packs. One-off credit packs bought outside a subscription do not expire while your account is open.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect.
- Tax. Prices include any VAT or sales tax we are required to charge, at the rate for your country.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.
6. Your 14-day right to cancel, and how you waive it
As a consumer you normally have 14 days from purchase to change your mind and get a refund. Because ReelPrint starts working the moment you run your first analysis, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want us to begin immediately.
7. Refunds
Beyond the 14-day right above, we refund where the service did not do what it should — for example a billing error, a failed analysis you were charged for, or a prolonged outage. Ask us at [email protected] and explain what happened. We do not refund unused credits or part-used subscription periods where the service worked as described.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit links to private, restricted or unlawful content, or to anything you do not have the right to have analysed.
- Use ReelPrint to harass, impersonate or target anyone, or to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, or sexually exploitative.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its output as a competing product, or use it to build a rival dataset or model.
- Scrape, spider or bulk-extract from ReelPrint, use automated tools against it, or work around credit limits, rate limits or paywalls.
- Probe or interfere with the security of the service, or access data that is not yours.
9. Content and intellectual property
Your material. The links you submit and the notes you write stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service — to process the linked video and store the resulting blueprint in your library.
Your blueprints. As between you and us, the blueprints generated for you are yours to use, including commercially. We may keep aggregate, non-identifying statistics about usage to improve the product.
Third-party videos. The videos you analyse belong to the people who made them. A blueprint describes structure and technique; it does not give you any right in the original video, its footage, its music or its script, and copying someone’s work wholesale is on you, not us.
Ours. ReelPrint itself — the software, the site, the analysis method, the name and branding — remains ours.
Takedown. If you are a creator and want material relating to your videos removed from ReelPrint, email [email protected] with the link. We act on those requests.
10. Availability
We aim to keep ReelPrint running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and parts of the service depend on third parties — including the platforms the videos are hosted on — which can change or block access without notice. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan gives you, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or where payment fails. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. You can close your account at any time by emailing us; see the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
12. Our liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
Subject to that: we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost audience, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For anything material we will email account holders at least 14 days beforehand. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect and we will refund the unused part of your current period.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
