ReelPrint (“we”, “us”) operates www.reelprint.net, a service that analyses public Instagram reels and produces film-study breakdowns. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your choices are.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google we store your email address and a profile record (plan tier, remaining credits).
- Content you submit. The reel links you analyse and the blueprints generated from them are stored in your library.
- Payment data. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we store only your Stripe customer reference and plan status.
- Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and to measure our advertising (page views, sign-ups, purchases).
How we use it
- To provide the service: analysing reels you submit and keeping your library.
- To bill subscriptions and manage plan credits.
- To measure and improve the product and our marketing.
We do not sell your personal data.
Processors we rely on
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Stripe (payments)
- Vercel (hosting and analytics)
- Anthropic (AI analysis of submitted reels)
- Meta (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel)
Retention and deletion
Your account data and library are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us; we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
